Increase or decrease the intensity of your workout faster and easier than ever before. The Bluetooth Resistance Controller attaches to the top of the handlebars on any Echelon Connect Bike and syncs with the app to allow quick resistance adjustments with the touch of a toggle button. Click once to go up or down just one level. Hold the toggle 2-3 seconds to adjust up or down three levels. Hold the toggle 10 seconds to instantly adjust to the lowest or highest resistance level.
